The Badges

It seems like we have made quite an impact with some people, reviewers and artists/bands alike, as they have started to use our name as a reference point in reviews and marketing. Here are a few examples.......

The Incredible Kidda Band

The Incredible Kidda Band produced three different badge designs during their lifetime.

The original badge, was the red design seen twice on the picture above. This was designed by John Davies from Nuneaton and matched the bands business cards (very un-rock n' roll) at the time they first started out.

The second badge to be produced was the white Incredible Kidda Band badge, which was produced at the time of the bands first single, Everybody Knows, which was released on the 26th of May 1978.

The third and final badge to be produced for the Incredible Kidda Band was the yellow badge, seen at the top left on the picture above.

The Kicks

The one and only, and controversial, badge produced during the lifetime of The Kicks was the one seen at the centre of the bottom row above. The badge depicts a semi naked can-can dancer which symbolised the 'kick' in the bands name. This occasionally led to angry exchanges with more feminist students on the college and university circuit in the 1980s.

We're Only Human

The one and only, and simple but effective, badge produced during the lifetime of We're Only Human was the white badge seen at the bottom left and top right  of the picture above. This badge was reproduced several times as it was such a popular design amongst fans of the and at this time.
